UCR’s program is called TACIES (Technical Assistance to COVID impacted Inland Empire Small Business) and will provide free business consulting in four key areas:

Description of Services
While there are many organizations offering complementary support to the Inland Empire’s small business owners, UC Riverside’s Office of Technology Partnerships uniquely offers hands-on advice about how technology can prepare you for business growth.
The execution of this grant will be an integrated part of the region's overall effort to help revitalize small businesses affected by the pandemic and fuel the engine of regional quality job growth.
A special request:
To inform our UCR team about the state of technology adoption in the region and to measure the impact of the TACIES program, OTP has partnered with a Professor at UCR’s School of Public Policy. They have developed the “UCR Tech Survey,” which takes 5-7 minutes to complete and is available in English and Spanish. If you are interested in contributing to this survey, please “tick the box” in the Registration link at the top of this page or HERE. A separate email will be sent to you with the survey -it will have "UCR Tech Survey" in the subject line. We’d like to have as much participation as possible to guide the development of further technical assistance programs for the region.
